2.4 Account Currency

All 777cd accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once your account currency is set at registration, it cannot be changed. All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions will be displayed and processed in PKR.

3. Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on 777cd. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 777cd takes underage gambling seriously and implements age verification procedures in line with responsible gaming best practice.

4. Deposits

4.1 Deposit Processing

4.2 Deposit Limits

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made at any time from your 777cd account, subject to the conditions below.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. If the original deposit method cannot receive the withdrawal (e.g. expired card), an alternative method may be used subject to identity verification. All withdrawals are in PKR.

8. Sports & Esports Betting

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is confirmed only when the system issues a bet reference number and the stake is deducted from your balance. 8.2 Match Postponements and Cancellations

If a sporting or esports event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed, bets remain valid if the event is rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time; beyond 48 hours, bets are voided.

8.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available during certain events. 777cd may suspend live markets at any time during an event, including for official breaks, video reviews, or technical issues. Bets placed immediately before a market is suspended are confirmed if a reference number was issued.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

The maximum payout per bet, per day, and per market is set by 777cd and displayed in the betting section. Winnings that exceed these limits will be capped at the stated maximum. This applies to single bets and accumulator bets alike.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777cd and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others to do so for the purpose of exploiting promotions
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with 777cd games or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Depositing funds from payment methods that are not registered in your name
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 777cd staff members in any manner

10. Account Closure

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your 777cd account at any time by contacting our support team. Your remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

10.2 777cd-Initiated Closure

777cd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, failure to complete KYC verification, or if continuing the account relationship would expose 777cd to legal or regulatory risk.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. 777cd will attempt to contact dormant account holders by their registered mobile number or email. If no response is received within 30 days, a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 may be applied to the remaining balance until it reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

11. KYC and Identity Verification

777cd is required to verify the identity of players under Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Verification may be requested at account registration, before a withdrawal above Rs 50,000, or at any other time 777cd deems necessary.

11.1 Documents Required

• Proof of Identity: CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence
• Proof of Address: utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months
• Payment Method Verification: screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment account used

11.2 Verification Timeline

Documents submitted via your 777cd account are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours under normal circumstances. During high-volume periods, verification may take up to 72 hours. 777cd will not process withdrawals above the stated threshold until verification is complete.

11.3 Refusal to Verify

If a player refuses to provide the required KYC documents, or if documents submitted cannot be verified, 777cd may close the account and return the deposited real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the original payment method, minus any applicable processing costs.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

14. Technical Issues and Platform Availability

777cd aims to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances outside 777cd's control.

In the event of a disconnection during an active game or bet, 777cd's systems will record the last confirmed state of the session. Casino game rounds interrupted by a technical disconnection will be resolved according to the provider's game server logs, which are treated as the authoritative record. Sports bets already confirmed with a reference number remain valid through any subsequent disconnection.

777cd is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or network disruptions on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection, particularly during live in-play betting.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777cd platform — including logos, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 777cd or its licensed partners. The 777cd brand name, logo, and domain are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of 777cd's brand or any content from the platform in external communications, social media, or third-party websites is prohibited and may result in legal action.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cd's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

777cd is not liable for:

• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind
• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform
• Losses caused by a player's own breach of these Terms
• Technical failures attributable to third-party providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks

Nothing in these Terms limits 777cd's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 777cd's gross negligence.

17. Amendments to These Terms

777cd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 777cd will:

• Where practical, notify active players via their registered mobile number or through an in-platform notification

Continued use of 777cd after a Terms update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 10.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between a player and 777cd should first be submitted to 777cd's support team at support@777cd.click with full details of the complaint. 777cd undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. 777cd maintains detailed logs of all transactions, game rounds, and account actions, which serve as the authoritative record in any dispute.
